Ted Marshall is the captain and owner of Agawam Boat Charters. He has enjoyed taking passengers downriver for fishing and sightseeing excursions for more than 20 years. He is a member of the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce and Boatsetter. He holds a USCG licensed 100-ton Master Mariner license and is a licensed commercial Striped Bass and Giant Bluefin Tuna fisherman. Captain Ted is certified in First Aid, CPR, and outdoor emergency care. Having spent every summer fishing on Cape Ann, he has local knowledge about fish patterns and can be counted on to know where the fish are biting. 

  

Captain Ted enjoys introducing children to fishing for flounder, blue fish, mackerel, and striped bass. Experienced anglers will enjoy utilizing a variety of techniques to target inshore and offshore species. With a degree in Environmental Science and extensive knowledge of the Great Salt Marsh and the species that live there, he has been nicknamed “The River Man”.
